Woolworths Sienna Wood: Civil and Earthworks Delivered for New Town Centre Development
Focus Building engaged REMC | Ricciardo Earthmoving to deliver civil and earthworks for the Woolworths Sienna Wood development, forming part of the Sienna Wood Town Centre in Perth’s southern suburbs. This project contributes to a growing mixed-use development designed to serve Hilbert’s expanding local community.
Our involvement included:
- Bulk earthworks
- Asphalt carpark and internal road pavement across 11,000 m²
- Program-based staging to prioritise early access for the Nido Childcare Centre
With separate delivery timeframes across the site, REMC worked closely with Focus Building to sequence works efficiently and maintain momentum across the whole site. This included adjusting our construction approach to achieve earlier access for the Nido Childcare Centre, while keeping overall site progress aligned with project requirements.
From bulk earthworks through to final asphalt works, our team delivered each stage with a strong focus on quality, safety, and program. We’re pleased to contribute to the developments that support growing communities and provide lasting value for residents and businesses.
