The Terraces at Claremont Apartments: Major Earthworks for a Landmark Residential Project

REMC | Ricciardo Earthmoving is proud to partner with Castelli Norup to deliver civil and earthworks services for The Terraces at Claremont, a large-scale residential development of luxury apartments in the heart of Claremont, adjacent to the iconic Claremont Oval.

The Terraces at Claremont will deliver 137 luxury apartments along with nine ground-flood commercial spaces, contributing to the ongoing growth and revitalisation of the Claremont precinct.

Our involvement included:

  • Site clearance
  • Preparation for pilings
  • Pile cropping
  • Bulk excavation and removal of 20,000 m³ of sand
