Bindaring Parade Apartments, Claremont: Earthworks Commence on Riverside Residential Development.

REMC | Ricciardo Earthmoving is proud to be partnering with Giorgi Exclusive Homes on the development of a new apartment project on Bindaring Parade in Claremont, offering elevated views across the Swan River and contributing to the area’s growing residential landscape.

Our involvement includes:

  • Site clearance
  • Preparation of piling works
  • Bulk excavation and removal of 5,000 m³ of sand

While this marks the early stages of the project, we’re pleased to be working alongside Giorgi Exclusive Homes and look forward to seeing the development progress as works continue on site.
