Banksia Grove West Primary School: Civil Works Underway for New Local School

Universal Constructions engaged REMC | Ricciardo Earthmoving to deliver the civil and earthworks for the construction of the new Banksia Grove West Primary School, supporting the essential infrastructure for the growing community of Banksia Grove in Perth’s northern suburbs.

Our scope of work includes:

• Site clearance of grass and topsoil
• Bulk cut and fill works, including removal of 15,000m3 of sand
• Preparation of kerbing and asphalt works
• Carpark and street bay preparation across 5,000m2
• Extensive paving and landscaping preparation

We’re proud to play a part in preparing the site for this new local school, working closely with Universal Constructions to deliver safe, efficient civil works that helped keep the project moving forward for the surrounding community.
