Baillie Hill, East Victoria Park: Civil Works Supporting a Landmark Development
Two builders, two project, one shared precinct.
REMC | Ricciardo Earthmoving is proud to be involved in the development of the Baillie Hill precinct in the heart of East Victoria Park, formerly known as Edward Millen House. Working alongside two of our trusted clients, Builden Construction and Bosa Construction, REMC delivered civil and earthworks across this landmark precinct redevelopment.
Our scope covered both the Baillie Hill development and the adjacent Wildflowers Early Learning Centre, with works carefully coordinated to support the two projects, which were progressing in parallel.
Our involvement included:
- Demolition and site clearance
- Bulk earthworks
- Civil stormwater drainage
- Asphalt carpark pavements to the main facility and childcare centre
- Landscape preparation
The historic Elizabeth Baillie House, once Western Australia’s first specialist maternity hospital, has been transformed into a vibrant community precinct featuring new hospitality venues, playgrounds, markets, and family-focused spaces, designed for enjoyment from day to night.
We are honoured to have contributed to the delivery of this significant local redevelopment, working alongside trusted builders to help bring new life to a well-known precinct.
